The book concludes with an examination of the recent changes in America’s Daylight Saving Time that are scheduled to take effect in 2007.
作者簡介
Ian R. Bartky is a retired federal government scientist who has written and lectured extensively on numerous aspects of the public's time. He has done analyses for Congress and testified before it on technical issues associated with Daylight Saving Time.
