作者簡介
Ryan L. Cole, who holds degrees in history and journalism from Indiana University, has written extensively about American history and literature for The Wall Street Journal, National Review, The Weekly Standard, The New Criterion, Civil War Times, The Washington Times, The American Interest, and The Indianapolis Star. He has also served as a speechwriter and chief researcher for, among others, Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels, Indiana Congressman Todd Young, and Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Tevi Troy. In 2011 he served as a writing assistant and manager of research for Daniels' bestselling book "Keeping the Republic." More recently he contributed writing and research to "America Needs Talent" by Jamie Merisotis, the President and CEO of the non- partisan Lumina Foundation. Cole was also a staff writer for the U.S. Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission.
