Jeff Dyer is the distinguished Horace Beesley Professor of Strategy at Brigham Young University as well as a professor at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to his academic career, he was a consultant at Bain & Company. Dyer is the coauthor of The Innovator's DNA (with Hal Gregersen and Clayton M. Christensen) and The Innovator's Method (with Nathan Furr) and is widely published in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and other business journals. Dyer's research has been covered at Forbes, The Economist, Fortune, BusinessWeek, CNN, and The Wall Street Journal. He is a cofounder of the Innovator's DNA, an innovation consultancy, and consults to companies on issues related to strategy and innovation.Nathan Furr is an Assistant Professor of Strategy at INSEAD. He is the coauthor of the books Leading Transformation (with Kyle Nel and Thomas Zoega Ramsoy) and The Innovator's Method (with Jeff Dyer) and has contributed numerous articles to Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, Forbes, Inc., and other business media. His research has been published in leading academic journals, such as Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, and Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal.
