作者簡介
Ruth Rubio-Marin is a research consultant managing a major project on gender and reparations for the International Center for Transitional Justice. She is professor of constitutional law at the University of Seville, Spain, and a faculty member of the Hauser Global Law School Program at New York University. She is author and editor of several books, including Immigration as a Democratic Challenge and The Gender of Constitutional Jurisprudence.
