Great Events From History: The 20th Century, 1941-1970

Gorman (Texas State U.) presents the ninth installment of Salem Press's ongoing Great Events from History series. The six volumes of this installment chronologically cover significant events in the period 1941-1970. They gather 799 essays from Salem's Chronology of European History (1997), Great Events from History: North American Series (1997), and Great Events from History II series (1991-1995) and add 313 new essays for a total of 1,112.
