作者簡介
Paul Barber is a professor at the Metanoia Institute, a visiting professor at Middlesex University, and a fellow of the Roffey Park Management Institute. A former practicing psychiatric nurse, he established therapeutic communities and cocreated programs in therapeutic community practice. He has trained facilitators and been in private practice as a psychotherapist, group facilitator, organizational consultant, and coach for more than 30 years. He is the author of Becoming a Practitioner Researcher.
