作者簡介
John Bartlett has enjoyed a long career in project and programme management, commencing with IBM UK Ltd. He later held the post of Head of Project Management for the UK at DMR Consulting Group, where he was responsbile for developing a project management capability and assisting clients with the specification and management of business and IT change. He latterley held the posts of Director of Technology Services and Director in the European Programme Office at NCR Ltd. More recently, he has been an independent consultant on business change.
John is a Fellow of the Association of Project Management and has written widely on projects and programmes including five?previous editions of this book (previously Managing Programmes of Business Change).
