We Collide for Teens: Keeping Your C.O.O.L.

The goal is not to avoid ever having a collision, conflict, or hurt of any kind. The goal is to learn how to navigate it better by equipping and encouraging young adults to do the work not only to manage it, but to also manage themselves better while they go through it. The C.O.O.L. tool serves as a reminder to keep CALM under pressure, investigate your OPTIONS, be your ORIGINAL self, and LEAD by example. By the end of the last page, teens, parents, and teachers will know: Even when we collide, we can still keep our C.O.O.L.!

Dr. Kimberly Hayes is a wife, mother, senior pastor, ministry planter, senior systems engineer, teacher, and author. While writing and publishing her doctoral dissertation, she realized that her long-term commitment to the healthy individual and the healthy community required a greater offering. Dr. Hayes was born to reach people where they are despite age, race, economics, relationship status, or religious beliefs to help minimize relational collisions and the fatalities that occur because of them. Having recently launched Thrive! with Dr. Kimberly Hayes, she also provides leadership training, counseling, mentoring, spiritual development, and coaching - assisting people to heal, to give, to grow, to help more, to collide less, and break through.
