材料科學與工程基礎（簡體書）

結合本校專業設置特點（機械設計製造及其自動化、機械電子工程、過程裝備與控制工程）、課程定位（專業基礎必修課程）和學生學業和職業發展的需要，參考國外工程材料科學與技術領域權威教材，編寫涉及材料科學與工程的發展前沿、內容難易程度適中、概念闡述與具體實例緊密結合、便於學生學習與理解學科知識、能夠指導大學生畢業設計英文摘要及英文論文寫作的工程材料雙語教材。全書共分十章，分別闡述了材料科學與工程概論、晶體結構與晶體幾何學、凝固、晶體缺陷、固態擴散、金屬機械性能、相圖、金屬材料的熱處理、合金鋼、有色金屬及其合金、常用鑄造合金、陶瓷材料、複合材料、科技論文摘要寫作等。系統地介紹了材料的結構、加工、性能和應用方面的基礎知識和發展前沿，在每章後附有關鍵詞及其定義、概要和思考題。由於至今為止我國的教學體系是沿用了前蘇聯的教學模式，與英美國家英文原版教材內容體系差異較大尤其是在工程材料的分類方法、使用標準及代號上完全不同。為了能使學生能夠順暢地與外國專家進行學術交流與研討，同時還能熟煉地與國內的工程技術人員進行技術探討。我們在編寫金屬材料的熱處理、合金鋼、有色金屬及其合金時詳細地比較敘述了國內與國際材料分類
