作者簡介
CAROL D. HANSEN is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Development at Georgia State University. She studies the cultural and cross-cultural frames that shape belief systems and about employee and organizational development. She has taught and conducted research with universities in Europe and Africa, and she was a Fulbright scholar to India. She also served as an HRD branch chief at the United States Department of State.
YIH-TEEN LEE is Assistant Professor at IESE Business School at University of Navarra, Spain. His recent research topics include cross-cultural comparative study of person-environment fit, dynamic model of intercultural competences, work design and well-being, and performance determinants of auditors. He has taught cross-cultural management, strategic human resource management, and leadership in MBA and executive programs in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
