作者簡介
Roberto Regalado (editor) is a Cuban political scientist, diplomat and Doctor of Philosophical Sciences. He is a professor at the Center for Hemispheric and US Studies of the University of Havana and has been the coordinator of several anthologies published by Ocean Sur. He has been widely published in journals throughout Latin America.
