Gabriel Lafitte is a development policy consultant to the environment and development desk of the Tibetan government-in-exile based in India. He has written for Open Democracy, Chinadialogue, Ethicalpolitics.org. He regularly speaks at both academic conferences but also at activist events around Tibet and nomad issues
