（1） If a tourist from Hong Kong or Macao loses his laissez passer， he should report his loss tothe local Public Security Bureau with the testimonial made by the travel agency. After the loss isconfirmed， he may be given the Exit Pass of the Peoples Republic of China issued by the office incharge of entry and exit under the Public Security Bureau. The pass is valid for one time useonly.
