Many of the 16 papers by European and American scholars of philosophy were presented at a 1997 conference on Eudemus held in Budapest. They discuss such topics as Eudemus in the Arabic tradition, his work On Expression , continuity and coherence in early peripatetic texts, and two hypotheses on his history of early Greek astronomy.
