作者簡介

孟詵(公元621年―公元713年),唐代汝州梁縣新豐鄉子平裡人(今河南省汝州市陵頭鎮孟莊村),著名學者、醫學家、飲食家,其著作《食療本草》是世界上現存最早的食療專著。《食療本草》集古代食療之大成,與現代營養學相一致,為我國和世界醫學的發展作出了巨大的貢獻。孟詵被譽為世界食療學的鼻祖。

莊展鑫畢業于澳門科技大學(中醫專業),後攻讀安徽中醫藥大學碩士研究生(方劑學專業),碩士期間在《內蒙古中醫藥雜誌》以第一作者發表論文“《醫林改錯》現代研究概況”;在《中醫藥臨床雜誌》以第一作者發表《方向明驗方平喘甯治療冷哮機制闡釋》。其現工作於深圳市中醫院針灸科。通過國家中醫執業醫師、國家執業藥師考試,並取得相應資格證書。
