作者簡介
Sarah J. Noonan is an associate professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Previously, she has served as a superintendent and assistant superintendent of schools, director of teaching and learning, and state director of gifted education. Noonan teaches courses in leadership and organizational theory, supervision, and communication, and is also a consultant in the areas of leadership development and executive coaching, transition and change management, strategic planning, employee development and supervision, and board/executive leadership development.
