作者簡介
Horticultural therapist Fiann O'Nuallain trained at the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. He writes a weekly column for the Irish Examiner and contributes to several gardening, lifestyle, and health magazines on the topics of nature therapy, nutrition, herbalism, aromatherapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, and physical well-being.
