《國際商貿英語實務》第一版於2007年6月、第二版於2009年1月、第三版於2011年9月、第四版於2013年8月、第五版於2014年9月、第六版於2015年7月、第七版於2017年5月出版發行，目前都已售罄。
由於經濟貿易全球化的飛速發展，加之《2010年國際貿易術語解釋通則》的廣泛使用，國際貿易環境和規則都發生了一些變化。因此我們決定對本教材再次進行修訂，以更好的質量和更新的內容呈現給廣大讀者。
本教材的主編之一——鄒勇教授，自1993年以來一直進行該課程的課堂教學。多年的教學實踐表明，學習過這門課程的學生不僅掌握了國際商貿英語知識，而且他們的英語表達能力也得到了極大提高，受到了用人單位的歡迎。
本教材被西南交通大學外國語學院、華東政法大學商學院、中國傳媒大學外國語學院、浙江工業大學外國語學院、上海商學院、電子科技大學外國語學院、湖北職業技術學院外國語學院、安徽巢湖學院外語系、安徽大學外國語學院、大慶師範學院外國語學院、成都中醫藥大學外語學院、鄭州成功財經學院、成都大學、新疆昌吉學院、湖北工程學院新技術學院、湖北工學院、四川農業大學等選為“國際商貿英語”課程的指定教材。尤其值得一提的是.華東政法大學商學院的何家寶教授對本教材提出了非常寶貴的意見。何教授是UCP600的譯者，他在該領域有很深的造詣，多年從事國際商貿英語的教學，經驗非常豐富。另外，鄭州成功財經學院的邱培磊老師也對本教材提出了寶貴意見，使得該教材更加完善。在此，向以上學者表示衷心的感謝。
