Another Day, Another Challenge is the biography of an atypical child born with Williams syndrome, a genetic disorder that most physicians had not heard of at the time of her diagnosis.

Williams syndrome affects different people in different ways. Although these individuals deal with developmental delays and mental disabilities, they often talk very intelligently and are usually gifted in music. Yet, most people can't see past their intelligence to their learning disability.

It clearly shows where the system failed and how a conscientious doctor or teacher could have improved the situation. It also gives insight as to what was going on behind the scenes in the home.
