Fern Aefsky has over 35 years experience in k-12 schools as an administrator and teacher, and multiple years as an associate professor of educational leadership at the university level. Her areas of specialization are in collaborations with community stakeholders to improve student outcomes through the lenses of practitioners’ realities.
