Melanie Salvatore-August is a co-founder of the non-profit organization, Fierce Kindness. She is also the author of Kitchen Yoga: Simple Home Practices to Transform Mind, Body and Life. In addition, she is a teacher/trainer for Yogaworks, and a blogger. She lives in Hayward, CA and you can find her blog at melaniesalvatoreaugust.com.
