In The Making of Chinese-Sinophone Literatures as World Literature, Kuei-fen Chiu and Yingjin Zhang aim to bridge the distance between the scholarship of world literature and that of Chinese and Sinophone literary studies. This edited volume advances research on world literature by bringing in new developments in Chinese/Sinophone literatures and adds a much-needed new global perspective on Chinese literary studies beyond the traditional national literature paradigm and its recent critique by Sinophone studies. In War and Revolution in South China, Edward Rhoads recounts his childhood and early teenage years during the Sino-Japanese War and the early postwar years. Rhoads came from a biracial family. His father was an American professor while his Chinese mother was a typist and stenographer. In the late 1930s and the 1940s, the Rhoads family lived through the turbulent years in southern China and Hong Kong. The book follows Rhoads’ childhood in Guangzhou, his family’s evacuation to Hong Kong, his father’s internment and repatriation to the United States, and his and his mother’s flight to Free China. He recalls his reunion with family members in northern Guangdong Province in 1943, their retreat to China’s wartime capital of Chongqing, where his father worked for the American government, and how they returned to Guangzhou after the war. 背景 抗微生物藥物是最常被處方予小兒族群的藥物，即使如此，關於微生物抗藥性的研究和用藥評估卻常常未納入小兒族群。過去研究已告訴我們抗微生物藥物的使用和抗藥性有關，但目前小兒族群的感染症致病菌相關的研究，仍僅限於特定的疾病族群或特殊的病房單位，例如血液腫瘤科或加護病房等。小兒族群的感染部位、感染來源和致病菌和成人族群不同，因此建立一套小兒族群的抗藥性監測系統是必要的。近年歐盟兒童抗生素抗藥性及處方計畫(Worldwide Antibiotic Resistance and Prescribing in European Children, ARPEC) 開始關注小兒族群的抗藥性問題，此計畫納入世界各地的醫院並分析抗藥性及處方型態，接著ARPEC計畫衍生至全球層級的GARPEC計畫。台灣尚未建立適用於小兒族群的監測作業流程。 目的 藉由參與GARPEC計畫，本研究目的有二：(1) 分析成大醫院小兒族群抗藥性菌血症的發生率及抗藥性情形；(2) 藉由點盛行率調查 (PPS) 評估成大醫院小兒族群抗微生物藥物處方型態。並且本研究為國內多中心研究的前驅研究。 方法 本研究以前瞻性病歷回顧的試驗設計進行，目的一的收案條件是2016年8月至2017年5月期間，血液培養出指定菌種、18歲以下的住院病患，並且依年齡分組分析病患的基本特性和抗藥性數據。目的二中每月一次PPS的調查期間為2016年1至12月，每個月隨機選出一天為調查日，納入調查日當天有使用抗微生物藥物或前一天有使用手術預防性抗生素的病人，依年齡或病房計算抗微生物藥物處方率，記錄抗微生物藥物處方的相關資訊，包含藥物、劑量、頻次、給藥途徑、適應症等，並且將這些處方依治療原因、感染部位、經驗性治療或確定治療 (definite/targeted therapy) 分類。研究中所有藥物依ATC level 3或4分類。以描述性統計呈現數據，包含次數、百分比、平均和中位數。本研究參與GARPEC計畫，符合該計畫期間的研究數據，去除個資後回報至GARPEC計畫。 結果 研究期間共有45位病人符合研究條件，包含49筆菌株報告，其中 31株 (63.3%) 對至少一種抗生素具有抗藥性。49株菌株中最常出現的是 Salmonella spp. (n=13)，且有85%係從1歲以上菌血症兒童血液培養而得。抗藥性菌株中最常見的是E. co

迴歸分析是一種統計學上分析數據的方法，建立解釋變數與反應變數之間的關聯性。由於現實環境中，所獲得的資料並非都是明確的數值(crisp value)，有些資料本身是模糊的(fuzzy)，致使傳統的分析方法難以使用。為了處理這類型的資料，Zadeh學者在1965年提出模糊理論(Fuzzy set theory)，將不確定性表達於資料型態上，許多學者遂將迴歸分析方法擴展至模糊環境中，做更廣泛的應用。此外，直覺式模糊集合(Intuitionistic fuzzy sets, IFS)為模糊理論之延伸，在歸屬度函數外，加入非歸屬度函數來衡量，因此直覺式模糊集合能表達更多資訊，較貼近於現實環境。本研究根據直覺式模糊集合與模糊迴歸理論，建立直覺式模糊迴歸模型，並利用兩階段法進行求解。 本研究採用迴歸係數為明確值、解釋變數與反應變數為直覺式模糊數(Intuitionistic fuzzy number, IFN)的迴歸估計式。由於所求解的迴歸係數為明確數值，可以獲得解釋變數與反應變數之間的確切關係，提供決策者更明確的決策資訊。本研究在前置階段會先取得直覺式模糊資料。然後是求解階段，採用兩階段法，第一階段先對原始直覺式模糊資料做解模糊化(defuzzified)，轉換成一組明確資料，接著將該資料做傳統最小平方法，求得一組明確的迴歸係數估計值；第二階段，在最小化總誤差量的目標下，根據距離測度建立一個數學規劃(mathematical programming)模型，並使用Arefi and Taheri學者在2015年所提出之範例，在反應變數觀察值與估計值差距最小的目標下，求解直覺式模糊調整變數(Intuitionistic fuzzy adjustment variable)，以減少模糊估計誤差。模式建構完成後，進行誤差值的分析評估，相較於舊有文獻之方法，本研究模型的誤差衡量指標有更理想的表現；而在模型的穩健度上，本研究之模式透過交叉驗證(cross-validation)後所得的結果，可以驗證明此方法之合理性。
