詩集的結構沒有必然性，人物的性格、行事亦飄忽不定、充滿不確定性。正如在戀愛的過程中戀人們患得患失、時而哀愁、還有嫉妒、溫柔等等，實在令人物的形象變得模糊。這一切都可以在《秘笈》中找到。詩集的人物眾多，路雅曾作簡介的便有十八個。書中詩人蚞斥多的有郭南、倩影屠翼、黑煞、之晴、清心、明月、養情、風雲等人。餘下蚞斥少的是比較單一的人物。他們之中不祇對江湖中事有興趣的便是愛情至上。路雅有興趣作進一步闡述的，都是一些具有複雜性的角色。倩影是其中的表表者。
