主編介紹 李帆 北京大學歷史學博士、北京師範大學歷史學博士後。現為北京師範大學歷史學院教授、博士生導師，兼任學院副院長，國務院學位委員會第七屆學科評議組（中國史組）成員、國家社科基金學科規劃評審委員等。主要從事中國近現代學術，思想史的研究與教學工作。代表性學術著作有：《劉師培與中西學術》、《章太炎、劉師培、梁啟超清學史著述之研究》、《古今中西交匯處的近代學術》、《清代理學史（中卷）》等，在海內外學術刊物上發表中、英、日文論文百餘篇。 黃兆強 畢業於香港浸會大學、香港新亞研究所及法國巴黎大學。負笈法國期間，博士論文導師則為國際漢學界泰斗謝和耐教授（J. GERNET）。1987-2020年間任教於東吳大學歷史學系。現為香港新亞研究所榮譽教授、臺灣東吳大學名譽教授。主要研究領域為明清學術史、史學史、現代新儒家研究。撰著之專書計有：《章學誠研究述評 1920-1985》（2015年）、《政治中當然有道德問題──徐復觀政治思想管窺》（2016年）等。主編者計有：《錢穆先生思想行誼研究論文集》、《錢穆研究暨當代人文思想國際學術研討會論文集》、《北學南移》等。 區志堅 現任香港樹仁大學歷史學系助理教授，為多間中學中國歷史科及通識科專題研習學術顧問。合編有：《古蹟與文化保存：中日及臺港的研究》、《五四百周年》、《知識與認同：現代學者論歷史教育及教科書》、《禪武文化》、《節慶與傳播：七夕文化》、The Perspective of the Eastern and Western Culture 及 The Introduction to the People’s Republic of China等，也編著多本關於當代中國、今日香港、中國歷史課題的教科書，在中港臺、日本、韓國及澳洲等地發表多篇學術論文及書評，專著《明理愛光：杜葉錫恩教育思想及實踐》、《龍總顯威：九龍總商會歷史》等，主要從事近現代中國思想文化史，香港歷史等教研工作。

Leung Ping Kwan brought as much talent and inspiration to the writing of his short stories as he did to his poems. ‘I have drawn on magical realism to explore the absurdity of Hong Kong,’ he wrote of the story ‘See Mun and the Dragon’ (1975) in which we find him using a simple, clipped style. Promoting All-Round Education for Girls presents the history of Heep Yunn School, one of the oldest girls’ schools in Hong Kong. Amalgamated from two British mission schools founded in the 1880s for destitute girls and daughters of Christian parents, and renamed Heep Yunn School in 1936, the institution has witnessed and responded to the dramatic changes of Hong Kong over the years. By the time of the outbreak of the Second World War, Heep Yunn had expanded to offer a full Chinese middle school course for girls based upon Christian principles of all-round education. The school expanded rapidly after the war and became a bilingual institution to meet the demand for English language education. Eventually English would become the primary medium of instruction soon after the introduction of nine-year universal education in 1978.
