Proportionality is a German, and thus continental European, concept in public law that is applied by both the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR). The principle specifies that measures adopted by executive authorities should not exceed the limits of what is appropriate and necessary in order to achieve legitimate objectives in the interest of the public. Candlestick technical analysis is an old trading technique that tracks the short-term price movements by employing the relationship between open, high, low, and close prices. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the predictive power of candlestick trading strategies by using the Taiwan 151 component stocks daily data for the period from 2 January 1992 to 31 December 2009. The main contribution of this thesis is using a fourprice- level approach to categorize the single-line patterns constructed by candlestick charting in a systematical manner. The approach adopted in this thesis permits us to release for the limitation of recognition in a manner not previously possible. Moreover, we not only consider transaction costs and risk but also mitigate data-snooping problems conscientiously by several appropriate methods, including the bootstrap methodology and sub-sample and out-of-sample tests. Richard Wang's Ming Erotic Novellas is path breaking in its attention to a virtually ignored body of literature that certainly influenced the writing of the Jin Ping Mei, the Sanyan vernacular stories, and most likely Li Yu's fiction. Compared to other titles in the field, this is the first scholarly monograph in any language to contextualize the erotic novellas of late imperial China. Moreover, existing studies in this area have tended to concentrate on a limited number of works of Chinese erotic fiction, or have only brushed up against these works tangentially during more general discussion of Ming and Qing literature. 我國將配合聯合國（the United Nation）與亞太經濟合作組織（Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, APEC），於2008年全面實施化學品全球分類與標示制度（the Globally Harmon ized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals，GHS），是一個與國際化學品管理趨勢接軌重要的開始，然而我國在化學品登錄機制與管理應用方面的發展，卻較許多先進國家起步晚，聯合國國際化學品管理策略方針（Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management，SAICM）中，危害物質登錄管理機制將是國家完整化學品管理制度中不可或缺的一環，未來我國在推動完整化學品管理制度時，必需同時考量我國需求與國際發展趨勢。本研究計畫以蒐集美國、加拿大、日本、中國大陸及歐盟有關化學品管理相關指引與現行登錄機制，針對危害物質登錄管理之相關要點做分析比較，並與我國現有制度以及未來推行化學品全球調和制度、法規修訂方向之必要措施配合等，提出我國未來發展登錄機制之建議參考。本研究建議以我國現有的主管部會管理機制為基礎，透過跨部會協調分工機制（如勞工委員會為實施GHS制度推動跨部會協調機制），共同建立一國家既有的化學品清單，並優先於作業場所法規中，對於新化學物質進入工作場所，須進行通報等登錄機制。未來更擴大應用於其他主管部會法規中，以健全完備危害化學品登錄制度，提供國家整體化學品危害辨識、風險評估與相關法規建置與管理之重要依據，並與國際發展趨勢結合。
