Surrealism in China initially gained a foothold in Shanghai’s former French concession during the early 1930s, disseminated by returning Chinese students who had directly encountered the movement in Paris and Tokyo. The Catholic Church is one of the few institutions that have survived since the inception of the British colony. She has contributed much during its development. As early as 1841, she set up a mission in Hong Kong. She and her various religious orders and congregations engaged in charitable works for the poor and the elderly in the early days of Hong Kong, greatly relieving the burden on the newly established colonial government. Today, apart from religious services, the Catholic Church still plays an important role in providing Hong Kong with diversified and professional services in medical care, education and social welfare. Historical studies on the Catholic Church in Hong Kong of a comprehensive nature are rare in comparison with other religions. The reasons of this may include the complicated organizational structure of the Catholic Church and the multiple languages used in the archival documents, such as Latin, French, Italian and Portuguese. This study examined the relationship between ethical leadership and multidimensional organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs), specifically organization-targeted OCBs (OCBO) and individual-targeted OCBs (OCBI). In addition, the study examined the multiple mediating effects of selfefficacy, respect, and leader-member exchange (LMX) on the relationship between ethical leadership and OCBO, as well as the relationship between ethical leadership and OCBI. Through the application of a hierarchical linear model, an analysis of the results from 656 dyadic supervisor- subordinate data from 145 business units in Taiwan showed that both respect and LMX significantly mediated the ethical leadership-OCBO and -OCBI relationships. The implications of these results for theory and practice and directions for future research are also discussed.

本文利用UNCTAD（2008）全球創意商品貿易資料，驗證Linder（1961）假說對於創意商品（creative goods）國際貿易的適用性。實證估計式以Hallak（2010）一般均衡結構式，配合分量迴歸（quantile regression）進行引力模型（gravity model）估計。由於分量迴歸可精確掌握非常態樣本分配兩端極端值，故而，林德假說不但可由OECD國家甚而連全球創意商品貿易都獲得支持。即若兩國間收入水準愈相近，則兩國民眾偏好模式可能愈相似，需求結構將愈相近，即重疊需求的量愈大，則兩國間貿易流量也就愈大。而根據靴帶抽樣（bootstrapping）檢定結果，也證實林德效果確實於不同分量間存有差異，若需求結構愈相近，所得水準愈接近，兩國的貿易流量將愈頻繁，而需求結構差距愈遠者，兩國的貿易流量將較低迷。

Evolution of language has evolved at multiple levels—from changes in the cognitive processes by which language is acquired in the individual, to language change by diffusion of acquired linguistic features across populations of individuals, to the emergence of linguistic features over phylogenetic time scales.
