封面故事《泰國設計特搜》 根據台灣觀光局統計，2023年台灣赴泰旅遊人次達77.7萬，名列海外地區第6名；放眼國際，泰國觀光局和移民局最新數據指出，2024年截至4月初，赴泰國際旅客已突破1,000萬人次，與前期相比增長146%。細究泰國知名景點，其實許多都與設計聯動。新落成的曼谷地標LV The Place Bangkok、建築到展覽都精彩的泰國創意設計中心（Thailand Creative & Design Center，TCDC），嘉佩樂（Capella）、四季（Four Seasons）等國際奢華酒店紛紛插旗泰國，The Standard亦聯手西班牙藝術鬼才Jaime Hayon打造設計旅宿The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon。活動更是百花齊放，從每年2月的曼谷設計週到12月的清邁設計週，再到曼谷ChangChui、清邁Baan Kang Wat等藝術聚落或市集，人們各時各地都能在泰國觸及創意。 然而，泰國設計很吸引人，但創造這些設計的泰國設計師是誰？這個直覺疑問引領著這次專題的誕生，聚焦建築與空間、平面、產品、時尚、新媒體藝術、廣告6大領域，讓超過30組泰國設計師與團隊的名字與故事浮上檯面。LV The Place Bangkok和泰國創意設計中心的建築團隊是誰？入選國際平面設計聯盟（AGI）的泰國平面設計師有哪些？近年大熱的泰國影視音產業有哪些推手？泰國廣告又何以是坎城國際創意節（Cannes Lions）常勝軍？儘管這次不談旅遊，但以設計為切面認識泰國，確實又讓人想再踏訪一回。

本手冊目的主要是提供科技政策議題研析新進者，有關議題研析時，進行科研情資蒐整與研析的相關技巧與操作手冊。因不同議題在科研情資蒐整所需的情報資訊源具有差異性，故本手冊以永續與能源發展相關議題為例，建立「模組式的標準操作流程(Standard Operation Procedure, SOP) 」，並說明各SOP 的執行方式以及如何撰寫文件、呈現分析成果。

These include the standard regional languages and prestige dialects of the past, the influence of historical forms of spoken Chinese on written Chinese, the history of guānhuà and the history of báihuà, proto-dialects and supra-regional common languages (koines), and their relationship to spoken dialects. The various studies in this collection focus on the dialect groups with the most substantial written tradition, including Mandarin, Wu, Min, and Cantonese, in north, central and eastern coastal, and southern China respectively. The technology of post-installed reinforcement is growing increasingly important since reinforcing bars are being used frequently in horizontal, vertical, and overhead applications on the rehabilitation and strengthening of existing structures. Post-installed reinforcements are also used in specific situations in new construction to simplify construction procedures and provide flexibility in design and construction. This book has its main focus on Hong Kong but sets a standard that could be followed both in the Mainland and beyond.

This study investigates the internal structure of noun phrases In Chinese and argues that number, referentiality, and totality/partitivity are all syntactically represented. Viewing number in a new light, it claims that number in a classifier language is syntactically encoded via the use of a $P, i.e., NumP, the head of which is occupied by a classifier/massifier (cf. Boer 2005). Plurality Is realized differently in a #P via the use of numerals, the plural classifier xie, quantifiers, or the reduplication of classifiers/massiflers. The plural marker-men is a derivational suffix marking either collective plurality or semantic plurality, resolving the problem that syntactic plurality may co-occur with semantic plurality when syntactic plurality marks an indeterminate quantity. Unlike the standard head-complement analysis that assumes a DP-NumP-CIP-DP hierarchy, this study argues that a numeral or a quantifier enters into a relation with a classifier/massilier, forming a UP A P (with or w

「新創台灣」計畫分為兩個階段，目標是希望能夠從外國人的角度重新檢視台灣的新創生態圈 。 台灣現在越來越受到國際社會的關注，台灣不但擁有高品質的生活水準，在許多方面推動進步的政策，最近更成為了國際肯定的防疫典範，這也讓更多外國人開始考慮來台創業 。 這個計畫的第一階段是推廣我們的指南書。 《新創台灣：外國人在台創業指南》 藉由這本書，我們希望為想在台灣成立公司的讀者提供平衡而且全面的指南，內容則會聚焦在外籍創業家所需要的重要資訊。 這本書不只分享台灣政府的官方觀點、採訪了政府內部人士還獨家採訪了許多民營企業與外籍新創的創辦人 。 基於我們多年的財經記者經驗，我們嘗試以最客觀的角度來撰寫這本書，我們採訪了20多位新創的產業人士與專家還有許多在台灣的外籍新創的網路社群組織也參考了50多個網站的資料，就是希望讓這本書在出版後能夠為讀者帶來最多、最有幫助的實用資訊。 計畫的第二個階段，是讓更多新創生態圈的人士關注我們整理出來的資訊與觀點，包括政府部門、民營企業與創業家。 我們希望各方都能針對台灣現在的創業政策與流程，同步接收到最新而且正確的資訊。 舉例來說，我觀察到雖然台灣政府政策一直有在進步，但似乎總是缺乏了非常關鍵的元素讓這些新政策能有效傳播的管道，這導致台灣雖然有資訊與言論的自由，整體經濟卻往往無法完整受惠於政府推動的新政策，這會有點可惜。 我們想邀請大家一起加入「新創台灣」計畫，在社群平台上用#StartupTaiwan這個 hashtag，向你的朋友與社群推廣台灣，我們希望藉此達成更遠大的目標，讓台灣受到更多外國人才的關注，甚至讓正在考慮回台灣的旅外台灣人能更加認識台灣的創業環境與潛力 。 Startup Taiwan is a two-fold campaign aimed at examining Taiwan’s startup ecosystem, from a foreigner’s point of view.
