Fred Kiel, PhD, the co-founder of KRW International is also the coauthor of the influential book Moral Intelligence and the speaker in the popular TEDx talk Psychopaths in the C-suite.” He brings over 30 years of experience with Fortune 500 CEOs and senior executives on building organizational effectiveness through leadership excellence, and aligning organization with mission. Before founding KRW, Kiel worked with senior executives in private practice, developing a rigorous data-gathering and customized development process designed to provide executives with transformative feedback. Kiel is considered one of the founders of the field of executive coaching.
