商品簡介
Brytting (business administration, The Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden), Minogue (a partner in the Septia Group, a corporate auditing company), and Mornio (also a partner in the Septia Group) provide an organizational perspective on fraud and corruption and offer advice on how to prevent or reduce it. Their treatment, which covers both theoretical and practical matters, is built around the concept of the "control environment," in which the organization sets the structural and cultural characteristics of the enterprise such that it is resistant and resilient to fraud and corruption. They illustrate their discussion with six fictional narratives based on real cases of fraud or other kinds of dishonest conduct. Distributed in the US by Ashgate.
