International contributors to this work are professors in technology, industrial and organizational psychology, computer science, construction management, business management, facility management, accounting and administration, and engineering management. The first part of the book gathers studies on the identification of practices leading to creativity in high technology industries; some specific topics include integrating technology with the creative design process, how personal characteristics influence employees' willingness to contribute ideas, and cultivating innovation through social relationships.
