Cyber Security, Cyber Crime and Cyber Forensics: Applications and Perspectives

This collection of eighteen articles on cyber-security showcases current scholarship in computer crime and forensics from both technical and policy making perspectives. The work is divided into three sections covering crime and policy implications, technical review of security measures and methods and algorithms for computer security. Individual papers examine such topics as the impact of outsourcing on data security, international copyright and piracy, securing cloud environments, malware detection and analysis, tamper-proof software and advanced cryptography and steganographic images. Each chapter includes an abstract, illustrations and tables, notes and bibliography and a volume wide compilation of bibliographic references is provided.
