His clients have included companies such as AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, NYNEX, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, 3M, Allied Signal, and Sun Microsystems. He is the author of Cross-Functional Teams (Jossey-Bass, 1994) as well as additional books and team-building tools.
