C. C. Lockwood 's photographs have been published in numerous magazines -- among them, National Geographic and American Photographer -- and many books, including eight by Lockwood. He has received the Sierra Club's Ansel Adams Award for conservation photography, and was voted a Louisiana Legend by Louisiana Public Broadcasting. He lives in Baton Rouge.
