Christine Bigby is Professor in the School of Social Work and Social Policy at La Trobe University, Australia. She qualified in the UK and then worked in intellectual disability services in Australia. She is the Editor of the journal Australian Social Work.
Patsie Frawley has a PhD from the School of Social Work and Social Policy at La Trobe University, Australia. She originally trained as a teacher and has worked extensively in the field of intellectual disability as a researcher, educator, policy advisor and self-advocacy supporter.
