Steve Backshall is a naturalist and adventurer with a fascination for all forms of wildlife. A trained biologist, Steve has a particular interest in the more unusual aspects of the animal world and has searched for animals across the globe for the BBC, National Geographic, and the Discovery Channel. In 2007 Steve appeared in the BBC’s Operation Borneo series, exploring the landscapes and wildlife of a virtually unknown valley in the heart of Borneo.
