Offstein, Evan A former Military Intelligence Officer, Dr. Evan Offstein is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. After earning a doctorate in business from Virginia Tech, Offstein joined the business management faculty at Frostburg State University. Dr. Offstein is the author of Stand Your Ground: Building Honorable Leaders the West Point Way. Recently, Offstein was awarded the sole and exclusive contract to provide leadership training for the Maryland Transportation Authority and was awarded Frostburg State?s Faculty Achievement Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Research. Jason M. Morwick is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a former Army officer. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Currently a business operations manager and full time teleworker at Cisco Systems, Inc., Mr. Morwick has managed teams and organizations at General Electric and CHEP USA, a Brambles Company. In addition, he has published in esteemed journals such as Quality Progress, Review of Business, and Business Journal.
