商品簡介
The excavation is fully described in text and graphics, thus making available the results of work done during 2002-2003 on a substantial Roman roadside settlement. The site began as a shrine in the early 2nd century AD, expanded as a settlement in the later 3rd century, and then was finally abandoned during the latter half of the 4th century. This volume (8.5x12") contains contributed essays describing project background and prehistoric activity (from other excavations in the area), followed by detailed presentation of the site from the Roman period, including ecofacts and environmental evidence.
