NEAL E. CUTLER, PhD, holds the Joseph E. Boettner/Davis W. Gregg Chair in Financial Gerontology at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania, where he directs the Financial Literacy 2000 project. Dr. Cutler is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Financial Service Professionals. He is a Fellow of both the Employee Benefit Research Institute and the Gerontological Society of America.
