Nicholas R.M. Martin, M.A., is a conflict resolution consultant who lives near Fort Worth, Texas. He has been providing highly acclaimed staff-development training for over 30 years. Founder of the nonprofit Center for Accord, Inc., he is also the author of A Guide to Collaboration for IEP Teams.
