Pulsation in Architecture showcases the work of some of the world's leading designers at the forefront of the digital avant-garde. It will reveal some of the most progressive, innovative concepts and fabrication techniques connected to the production of contemporary architecture design as well as cutting-edge technologies that are changing the way in which architecture is conceived and built. This state-of-the-art book will create a significant awareness of the power of digital design oriented to fabrication, as a trigger for change and innovation in architecture. Eric Goldemberg is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture at Florida International University and a practicing architect. He earned a professional degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University, New York. Professor Goldemberg started his academic career teaching at the University of Buenos Aires, proceeding to teach undergraduate studios at Pratt Institute, New Jersey Institute of Technology, and graduate studios at Columbia University, and has been invited to lecture and teach seminars and workshops at several institutions. Eric Goldemberg is a founding Partner of MONAD Architects, a practice that takes advantage of cutting-edge 3D computer technology and design techniques for a range of scales, from urban strategies to product design.
