Rhea, an RF and microwave engineering expert, devotes the first four chapters to different analysis techniques, then follows with chapters outlining the specific types of oscillators. He more fully covers nonlinear and transitory behavior of oscillators than in his previous books, but continues to rely heavily upon the use of computer simulation with the results shown in a number of graphs.
