商品簡介
Luxmoore has over 30 years of experience as a UK counselor, trainer, teacher and psychotherapist, and he has written this examination of self-esteem among young people using case studies from his own files. Written for fellow counselors, teachers and therapists, this book addresses the factors that contribute to the development of self, and how this image can be fragmented into cultural, social, somatic, filial, sexual and spiritual components. The author concludes with a discussion on the "potential" self, and how young people can consolidate their identity in order to achieve goals and a sense of self-worth.
