商品簡介
Dion is an instructional support superintendent at a Pennsylvania school district; Stacy is a long-term yoga practitioner on leave from law practice. They share their experiences using hatha yoga with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, beginning with their own son. The poses and breathing practices, they say, give people a sense of calm, strength, and clarity. Many of the poses are modified for children whose bones have not yet hardened. There is no index.
