Hand fractures constitute 25% of all fractures and are treated by a wide range of specialists, ranging from orthopaedic surgeons to general practitioners, many of whom are unfortunately unclear on the proper treatment method for such fractures.This book systematically addresses all possible hand fracture patterns with illustrative radiographs (X-rays). Thus, a reader can see a patient, take a radiograph of the injury and find an almost exact match to one in the book, and thus be guided as to the correct treatment supported by clear practical instructions.
