作者簡介
Jian Yang is a senior lecturer in International Relations, director of the China Studies Centre of the New Zealand Asia Institute, and associate dean (postgraduate) of the Arts Faculty at the University of Auckland. He is also chairman of the Auckland Branch of the New Zealand Institute of International Affairs and an associate editor of The Journal of Human Security.
