Barry Tillman has worked as a human factors engineer for 41 years. He is a Lockheed Martin Fellow (there are only approximately 300 Fellows in a corporation of 140, 000) and is considered a corporate resource for knowledge and expertise in human factors engineering. In addition to the creation of human factors books, standards, and tools, Barry has worked directly with the development of systems to help create better human-system integration.
