PANIKOS PANAYI is Professor of European History at De Montfort University, UK. His publications include: Life and Death in a German Town: Osnabruck from the Weimar Republic to World War Two and Beyond, Spicing Up Britain: The Multicultural History of British Food, and An Immigration History of Britain: Multicultural Racism Since c1800.
PIPPA VIRDEE is a Senior Lecturer in History at De Montfort University, UK. Her publications include Coming to Coventry: Stories from the South Asian Pioneers. Her recent research has been women's experiences of Partition in Pakistan.
