商品簡介
Social scientists from Europe and the US explore some of the often problematic alliances between women across sectional lines--typically class or race--that make feminism as a political movement possible. Their overarching themes are intersectionality's transatlantic travels: geographies of the debate; emerging fields in intersectionality: masculinities, hetero-normativity, and trans-nationality; and potentials, limits, and critical queries in advancing intersectionality. Among specific topics are the discursive politics of feminist intersectionality, neglected intersectionalities in studying men, and whether intersectional analysis is a black box or useful critical feminist thinking technology.
