Tracy Effinger has gained national attention for her unique fitness training techniques. Her clients include celebrities, such as Renée Zellweger, Amy Brenneman, Sela Ward, Jennifer Grey, and Dyan Cannon. She teaches and trains in classes and private sessions at Workout Warehouse in West Hollywood, California. Effinger has been featured in Allure, Self, Shape, Fitness, Los Angeles magazine, and the Los Angeles Times. She has a BS in Psychology from Princeton University and is a certified fitness trainer.

Suzanne Rowen is a graduate of Boston University and works in the music industry. Rowen helped develop the Wedding Workout fitness plan while planning for her own wedding.
