Powerful Presentations emphasizes the importance of developing effective presentation skills for use in the workplace. The ability to prepare and deliver a variety of presentations with credibility and confidence is a critical workplace skill. Includes how to understand the roles of presenters and listeners, prepare and organize content for a presentation, analyze an audience, use persuasion strategies, and understand strategies for overcoming communication apprehension.
